Nattokinase is enzyme extracted from traditional Japanese food called nattō, prepared by the fermentation of boiled soybeans by the bacteria Bacillus subtilis natto. This enzyme dissolves fibrin, a protein important for the formation of the blood clots.
Nattokinn® is a dietary supplement which contains fibrinolytic enzyme nattokinase (NSK-SD®). Nattokinase dissolves blood clots, reduces blood pressure and has anti-atherosclerotic effect.
